F6 AI ("we", "our", "us") is a product of F6 IT Services operated on the domain f6ai.in. This policy explains when and how you may request a refund or cancel your subscription to any of our paid plans (Plan A, Plan B, Enterprise).
2. Free Plan
The Starter (Free) plan is free forever and does not require any payment. No refund is applicable to the free plan.
All paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your first successful payment. If you are not satisfied with F6 AI within the first 7 days, email us at support@f6ai.in from your registered email and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. After the 7-day window
Once the 7-day window has passed, subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not refund the current one. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. Exceptions — no refund cases
AI credits already consumed cannot be refunded, even within 7 days.
Requests received after 7 days from the payment date.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Fraudulent or disputed transactions under investigation.
6. Failed / duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same subscription or a payment was deducted but your plan did not activate, contact support@f6ai.in with your transaction ID. We will investigate and refund duplicate charges within 7-10 business days.
7. Refund method
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used (UPI / Card / Netbanking / Wallet via PayU Money). Processing time depends on your bank / payment provider — typically 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund from our end.
8. GST on refunds
The refund amount will include the base subscription fee. GST (18%) collected on the original payment is refunded per the applicable GST rules of the Government of India.
9. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, log in and go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will move to the Free plan automatically.
Payment security: All payments are processed via PayU Money — 256-bit encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant. F6 AI does not store any card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers.
